Refund policy
Every project is made to order, so refunds depend on what has been done. Here is exactly how it works, so there are no surprises.
Before work starts
You can cancel at any point before I begin work and I will refund anything you have paid, in full.
Deposits
If the quote asks for a deposit, it reserves my time. Once work has started it covers the work already done, up to its value.
Revisions come first
If a delivered video does not match the agreed brief, tell me within 7 days of delivery. I will fix it free of charge as part of your included revision round.
When I will refund you
- I cannot deliver what the quote promises, or I miss the agreed delivery date by more than 7 days without your agreement. You get a refund for the affected part.
- After a revision, a video still clearly does not match the written brief. You get a refund for that video.
When I will not
I do not refund for a change of mind after delivery, for revisions beyond those included, or because a campaign did not perform as hoped. I can make results more likely, but I cannot promise them.
Cancelling during the work
If you cancel after work has started, you pay for the work done up to that point, and I refund the rest. I tell you the amount in writing before you decide.
Consumers: 14-day right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the EU buying at a distance, you have 14 days from the contract to withdraw without giving a reason. If you ask me to start before the 14 days end, and then withdraw, you pay for what I have already done in proportion to the whole contract. Once a service is fully delivered at your request, the right ends. For a made-to-order item prepared to your specification, the right of withdrawal may not apply once the work is done. To withdraw, email me clearly saying so, with your name and the project.
How refunds are paid
Within 14 days of agreeing a refund, to the same account you paid from.
