This website

• The site is for information about my services. Nothing on it is a binding offer until we agree a quote in writing.
• The videos, text and design are mine or used with permission. Please do not copy, re-upload or use them without asking.
• Brand names and game or app titles shown in my work belong to their owners. They are shown to describe work I made, and do not mean the owners endorse me or this site.
• I try to keep everything accurate and current, but the site is provided as it is, and results from any past campaign are not a promise of future results.

Working together

1. Quote. Before any work starts you receive a written quote listing the deliverables, number of videos, formats, delivery date, total price in the stated currency, and usage terms. The price in the quote is the price you pay. There are no hidden fees. Anything outside the quote is agreed with you in writing before I do it.
2. Scope and revisions. Each quote includes round of revisions on the agreed brief. Extra rounds or changes of direction are quoted separately.
3. Your materials. You supply product access, logos, claims and any rights needed for what you ask me to film. You are responsible for the claims your ad makes about your product.
4. Payment. . I invoice in line with Hungarian rules.
5. Ownership and usage. Unless the quote says otherwise, once paid in full you receive the right to use the final videos for your own marketing in the channels and period stated in the quote. I keep ownership of raw footage, project files and my working methods.
6. Portfolio. I may show finished work in my portfolio and social channels unless you ask in writing not to.
7. Changes and cancellation. You can cancel before work starts at no cost. After work has started, cancellation is dealt with under the refund policy.
8. Liability. I am responsible for the quality of what I deliver as described in the quote. I am not responsible for ad account decisions, platform policy changes or the sales results of a campaign, which depend on many things I do not control. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death, personal injury, intent or gross negligence.

Consumers

My services are aimed at businesses. If you are a consumer, you keep all the rights the law gives you, including the right of withdrawal described in the refund policy. Nothing in these terms reduces them.

Law and disputes

Hungarian law applies, without removing any consumer protection that applies to you where you live. Please contact me first so we can fix problems directly. Consumers can also use the EU's online dispute resolution information and the conciliation body at their local chamber of commerce and industry.

Changes

I may update these terms. The version that applies to a project is the one in force when we agree the quote.
